Some of you may have seen my previous thread about my new addition, Little Frank. The tiny brave gecko that was a stowaway made his way to the UK and landed on his little flat feet when my OH found him.
Yesterday I ran around a few reptile pet shops to find him some tiny crickets for munching. I had previously given him some fruit flies but they were a bit quick for him :)
20141020_174611.webp He's taken a real liking to his log arch that was kindly donated by sickboy (the big bearded dragon outgrew it some time ago)

He's so tiny, I keep thinking I've lost him! :)
Bless! He blends in well too!
How did the bug feeding go? I think that would er, be a bit gross for me haha!
I'm glad you and your husband have him and that he was found, definitely be safe and happy now with you ! :)

It wasn't as gross as usual. The bigger the cricket, the worse it is (for me). He definitely loved the little critters. He was jumping and zooming around hunting the little things down, was so funny to watch. I wish I could have taken some pictures but he was just too quick!
Thank you :) he has a big reptile and furry family now and won't be going on any more dangerous world wide adventures.

I can't get a picture to show how tiny he actually is. He's about the size of my little toe! I can't wait to see him grow up into a big Frank :)

wow hes so cute! the best stowaway we have had is a scorpion, hes a cool little dude but geckos are just adorable.

A scorpion? Yikes how did that happen?

We found him in the bottom of a bag within my dads suitcase from a trip to South Africa. I used to dislike scorpions but since we have him, I now like them, they are cleverer and have more personality than I thought. Got a funny story with him and the guinea pig if you want a read.
I was sitting cuddling and telling archie how much i love him in the same room as scorpy and archie was falling asleep, and scorp chose that exact moment to hammer loudly on his piece of wood so it sounded just like a person tapping the window and archie jerks wide awake and goes BRRRRR!. I thought it was a person too so I went to look, and nothing there, the same thing happens again but this time I see scorp doing it. In the 3 years we have had scorpion, he has never tapped so loudly as that, and never since, and he looked really wicked when he did it too.
