Our Little Man has finally been christened and it turns out that one of the first names which was suggested has stuck the most and seems to suit him well.

Meet BORIS :)

He has been known (on and off) as 'Possibly Boris' for over a week.

Some other shortlisted names were Sonic (due to his spiky hair and seemingly boundless energy for bouncing and running around!) or Bosley (of Charlie's Angels fame, seeing as he'll soon be living with three lovely ladies ;) ) But on visiting over the weekend my mother-in-law came out with 'You should name him Boris' She had no idea that this was a contender for a name and it seemed to seal the deal!

Anyway, to comemorate the day (and try and get a nice photo for the Becklen Competiton) I got the camera out and Boris seems to be a bit of a poser...

I still call him Little Man though and suppose I always will, just like Pixel will always be my Little Mouse x)

Perfect name! He does look like a Boris!

He is stunning! Boris suits him :)

I still call Henry "Little Man" despite him having a name.

Welcome, Boris! You are a gorgeous boy indeed and I (and Llewelyn) are very much looking forward to see how you get on with three ladies! :))

I love the last pic in the first post, it looks like he is smiling :) so cute xoxo

Thanks everyone. Boris sends lots of piggie kisses xoxo

I can't quite believe how well he's settling. He's such a character and loves a fuss and will lay on your lap or chest for ages.

He has so much energy too! He has discovered this evening that if he shoves the bottom of his ramp, he can charge his way underneath at top speed, jump on his pigloo and through his tube in a mad lap of his hutch :))

He's getting more adventurous with his veggies too (he'd only eat carrots for the first day or two) and has tried peashoots tonight :)

Thanks so much to Helen for letting him come and live here. It feels like he's been here for years already and I wouldn't have it any other way x>>
