Little wheeker

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has experienced this before and knows why.
Last night, after all of my boys had a massive run, I put them back to go to bed.
However, cracker decided he wanted to start wheeking at the top of his voice, which started all the others off! Bare in mind I currently have all 5 in my bedroom.

Anyway, checked food, water hay etc and it was all fine. He stopped for a bit. But on and off throughout the night he kept wheekng so loud! For like hours at a time. Needless to say I'm shattered.

Any ideas why he would do this?
I was thinking attention but he had loads before I went to bed.
Just hope it doesn't happen again tonight!

Our wheeker pigs wheek all the time when they know we are in the room. Cookie will wheek even when there is food in her mouth just in case there is a chance the slave will bring something better. Maybe they were just doing this?
