Thanks for everyone's help. I took both the pigs to the vet after being advised to bring the ones with the spot's cage mate. It ended up being a pimple (thankfully) the vet got rid of it and gave them both a health check. It turns out newt (the one with the spot) produces a lot of grease from his gland near his bottom. I have to clean it every so often. The pimple however seems like It's coming back. Like there's more to get out. I've tried squeezing It but newt pulls away and have a small squeak. Any ideas how to do this for him?
Thanks everyone. X
