Llewelyn is dying

You may have noticed that I haven't been around as much lately.

Sadly, the mysterious weight loss episodes Llewelyn's been having since Christmas have been found to be caused by a sizeable tumor in the abdomen. There is nothing I can do but to let him live out his life as comfy and normally as possible.

Thankfully, due to the location of his tumor, he is not in any amount of pain, even though he is very fluffed up and hunched up and has already lost quite a bit of weight. Llewelyn is very much up and down, and so is his weight. But it never goes up as high again as it was before. I am currently taking every day as it comes. Most days, Llewelyn will still come out for dinner and especially for a handful of grass although generally his appetite is not great anymore and he is no longer much interested in his beloved Critical Care.
 
So sorry to hear about Llewelyn Wiebke, sending gentle hugs and chin scratches to the little lad (and mega hugs to you) - enjoy what time you still have together. xx
 
O nooo poor Llewelyn! At least he is in no pain and I am sure he has had a fantastic life with you. Hope you are the tribe are ok x
 
Aw no :( At least he is in no pain and can live out the rest of his life with his beautiful girlfriends. xx
 
I'm really sorry about LLewelyn. It must be heartbreaking watching him slowly go, but I know he's had a fantastic time with your herd of piggies and will enjoy himself up to the end.

So sorry to hear your sad news, make the most of the time you have left with the little guy. Hope his time left is relatively pain free. :(
 
I'm so sorry Wiebke, how heartbreaking for you :(

All you can do is what you're doing, take each day as it comes. Bless him, I hope he manages to stay pain free for as long as possible.

Oh no :( I'm so sorry for you. It must be horrible having to go through this. Big hugs for you and cuddles for Llewelyn, the brave boy that he is. I'm sorry that nothing can be done for him, but I hope he lives comfortably for a while longer.

Many hugs from me. I hope you can some take comfort from the wonderful life he's had with you. I know he's brought happiness to his many fans on here, with your stories and pictures of him with his wives.

It's so very sad this is happening, but I know you'll treasure every moment with him.
 
Oh what horribly sad news, I'm so sorry. I hope he stays pain free and comfortable and that the tribe are looking after him.
 
I am so sorry that Llewelyn's life is being cut short :0 It is so heartbreaking :( But you must remember that he has had the most happiest life since you brought him home. Llewelyn has had a huge impact on the forum and he is going to be very sadly missed by us all.

Please give him a little kiss from me and remember that we are all here now when his time comes.

I'm so sorry to hear about little Llewelyn Wiebke, the boys and I send you lots of hugs to both you and Llewelyn, he's had an amazing wonderful and loving home and life with you, I hope you and llewelyn enjoy the time you have left with one another, sending you both lots of love laura and the boys xxxxxx
 
I am so so sorry. MASSIVE HUGS to you and Llewelyn. I just wanted to say that although Sexy had bumblefoot he actually died of the same thing Llewelyn is dying of, I didnt find out till the day before he died at the vets that he had it though. So I know how extreme the weight loss and bony-ness is hun its very sad to watch. Were all here for you if you need to talk.

Awww I'm so sorry to read this, poor Llewelyn, he must have had a wonderful life with you and all your fluffy family, sending massive vibes for your boy, heres hoping he manages to be pain free and comfortable until the end.
