My piggie Scruff has loads of long hair where his grease gland is, and even with regular cleaning lots of his hair is covered in grease! I was wondering if it would be ok to cut some of the hair around this area, just a little shorter? Or do you think it's needed to soak up all this blooming grease!?

One of my boys has long hair over his grease gland. As he is now 7 months the grease production has really stepped up and I've been trimming his hair round that spot. Leaving it to "soak up the grease" just means harder to clean the grease off the hair.
