It's been quite a long time since I last posted here so I hope I'm welcome back!

Not a lot has changed in terms of my guinea pig obsession - I still have many many piggies, though unfortunately a lot of the forum favourites from yesteryear are now resident at the Rainbow Bridge. I hope, however, that you will enjoy my introduction of a lot of new faces to my family! I've posted my boars and my pair of girls here, I've too many portrait pics of my lot (27!) to post in one thread. If you'd like, I'd love to post my herd pictures too!

If you remember me, you'd know that a lot of my piggies come from Milhaven, and that's still the case! All but three of my piggies are Milhaven piggies and I'm sure by now Joanne there must think I'm absolutely loopy.

The BOYS
I believe the last piggy I introduced here was Gerald, Sora's new buddy nearly two years ago! Sora is sadly no longer with me, having passed away at the end of last year. Gerald, however, is doing great and is now doing for a young boar what he did for Sora - look after and love him.

Robbie (the ginger) being used as a 'pillow' by Gerald.

Now, after Robbie, I said I didn't have space for any more boars. Oh. I made space.... and in true ghostbusterbunny fashion (anyone who remembers me from a couple of years ago knows that I generally don't just adopt what I went to visit...) when I picked up Robbie, I didn't just pick up Robbie. I collected four boars that day, and another four boars just a couple of weeks ago. Here they are:

Boys%201_zpsvx2tdu7u.jpg

The Three Musketeers - these are BIG boys, but absolutely delightful!

Basil%20and%20Chicory%202_zpsnixe8fic.jpg

Basil and Chicory - I've no idea what breed/mix these two are but they're simply stunning. If anyone follows Milhaven on facebook, these are the two boys that were dumped in an open carrier in the rain a couple of months ago. They're only six months old and still very wary of people but they are so sweet, and so beautiful.

Whiskey%20and%20Moo_zpsk9mpgsu0.jpg

This is Moo and Whiskey. Moo is quite simply fabulous, and quite a handful on the grooming front, bless him! Whiskey is one of the sweetest, and smallest (he comes in at just under a kilo) boars I've ever owned - he's simply gorgeous with his cute stubby face and is always wanting to know what's going on!

The GIRLS

Toffee%20and%20Popcorn%201_zpskx5dbwok.jpg

Toffee and Popcorn are the only girls I've had over the last four years that haven't been herd piggies! They hate being in with lots of other piggies so these two are quite content to make mischief on their own. Popcorn holds the title of Loudest Piggy here, her squeak is something else. I must record her one day, her squeaks actually hurt my ears!

I'd love to post my herd pictures in another thread, so I hope you wouldn't mind the bombardment! :)

Lovely to see you and all your piggies xx

Welcome back :)

What gorgeous piggles, and lovely stories of how they came to be with you! I certainly won't mind seeing more of these beauties

Great to see you back! and lovely to see your gang again!

Love Toffee and Popcorn

Cannot wait to see photos of your herd!

:wel: back! :D

Oh my god! Your Moo and Whiskey are the doubles of my Zebedee and Dougal :luv::luv:
I'm looking forward to many more posts from you :)

They are all stunners, but Basil and Chicory are exceptionally gorgeous! How could anyone abandon an animal? It's beyond me, but for that pair they have certainly found a lucky break :)
I hope they relax soon and their personalities shine through :)

They're all so lovely, and no, you can never post too many piggy pictures :) x

Hello again! Like you I find that it is risky to go to Milhaven. The Muskateers look lovely and mischievous!

Hello and welcome back. Never apologise for piggy pictures. Love them all. Gorgeous piggies.
