I have been having a day indoors today and I decided to stitch a little guinea pig that I have been meaning to do for ages.

I think it has turned out quite well! :)

I still have another 2 designs to do, so maybe when I'm having a lazy day I'll make one of those. rolleyes

What do you think?

Yes, it's cross stitch :)

I had 3 different charts that I have been meaning to do for ages. I might make another one of these in different colours yet :))

I used to love doing cross stitch! We have bags and bags full of patterns and materials! I'd be interested in where you got the designs from too :) xx
 
Hey! I just finished this cross stitch the other day! It's so cute eh? Did you get it from ebay? I did.
 
I did get the charts from ebay but it was ages ago! It came with cotton but I ended up using my own colours to change it a bit.

I've been working on a kitten picture too, it's only almost half finished but I'll show you a pic. It is quite a sizable project so will take quite some time to finish yet! :))
 
Wow you must have the patience of a saint! they are lovely. i have not done any cross stitch for years. i could never find any decent pics of guinea pigs, but looks like you did :)) how big roughly is it? xx
 
Could you email the pattern hun? I wouldn't mind getting back into it again, though i would need to go buy all the cotton and threads.

Thats sweet :) You have more patience then me, i have a three quarter finished lhasa apso i started when mine was a puppy shes now 14 i do a little bit each year :)
