Look who came to lunch

An old school friend was in the area today so we arranged for her to come for lunch.
She arrived and said she had a little friend - was it ok to bring him in?

She has a smallholding in Devon and this little chap had been born just before she had to leave. His mother rejected him and so baby came too so he could be fed.

Apparently he cried solidly for 2 hours while she was driving up!

I’m not surprised! When I was young we used to bottle feed the orphaned lambs at a relatives farm x such a special treat when you are 7!

Yes - he's a ram. Rams are male sheep, the females are ewes
