Hi!
I just recently got my pigs and I'm looking for a scale to use to track their weights.
Preferably I would like the scale to be from Amazon and to be in grams (or have the option to switch to grams).
Thanks!

Have a look at kitchen scales. They do the trick well. Mine were from Argos but Amazon will have a selection no doubt

Hi and welcome!

Any kitchen scales will do; even cheap supermarket scales, or if you prefer Amazon or Argos.

Unlike with a vet, who has to take the exact weight for calculating medication dosages, you are just measuring relative weight changes from one week to the next in healthy guinea pigs or from one day to next (preferably at the same time in the feeding cycle like before you feed breakfast or dinner).
Please be aware that the weight can swing around 40g in 24 hours depending on how full a tummy and bladder are - a full bladder alone is 10g more in weight! Weight loss only counts if the weight loss from one day to the next (or in less than a week) is larger or if there is a slow gradual weight loss over a longer period.
