Lost Guinea Pig

hi there, i’m new but i wanted to share how i found my lost baby guinea pig. Well after my daughter opened the guinea pigs outdoor cage the new 4 week old baby ran off (other one stayed put) We went through 27 hours of hell, i didnt eat and had almost no sleep looking for her. Well it was getting on to night 2 and i was desperate. i read on here to download Guinea pig happy noise off YouTube and play it at top volume in the back yard. I screen recorded an EXCITED guinea pig YouTube and played it 3 times loudly, and i know it worked because 2 kangaroos came jumping through at the bush at the back. Then i went inside and waited , well lo and behold 15 minutes later i heard wheeking from the outdoor cage (best sound in the world right then!) and ChiChi was in there! My heart Soared! She probably wasn’t far away but boy did she hide well and made no sound or movement so thank goodness the youtube excited ie FOOD noise worked. Hope this helps others , i know what you are going through.
