Mette-Marit

No lippage from Kid, but I got something else from her... Just wait and see :)

Gorgeous gorgeous pigtures!...All beautiful but I especially love the ones of Mette-Marit x)

Absolutely gorgeous piggies Petra! x)x) I always get jealous of peoples ginger piggies. They are so cute! I think they are more photogenic too.

You pics are always stunning - what camera and settings do you use?

I have a Canon Ixus. I know they come in several models, but I have yet to meet a person who is not happy with theirs! I mainly use the automatic mode... but disable the flash. Sometimes I use the close-up setting, but that's about as advanced as I'll go :)

What I do though is to crop my pics without mercy. Sometimes I will only use a tenth of the original frame. It makes it look as though you were really close to the piggy when you may not have been :).

I crop sometimes as well. It can really neaten up a picture I find. I have a Canon DSLR but still haven't figured out how to get good pics from it! They are so so, but not stunning. It's all the settings and lens etc. My everyday camera is a Panasonic. I think I just need to have a play about with them.

Gorgeous pigtures of your gorgeous piggies! Thank you for sharing they really cheered me up :) drool

Me too. If definitely pays to always use the maximum resolution setting so you don't lose too much clarity if you crop them afterwards.

There are lots of very talented photographers around here. We should have a Guinea Photographers thread for sharing tips and techniques. I could definitely learn a thing or two from you smarty pants photo whizzy people! :)
