Lottie and Emily finally got a cage upgrad, YAY!

Emily and Lottie have had a large typical pet cage to live in since I got them as didn’t want to ask my partner if I could buy another expensive C&C cage yet.. We agreed we’d wait until we moved house and have more room to get them a better cage.
But I found a proper C&c set up on fb marketplace for only $150 (my brand new one was almost $400). So I bought it!
I was just going to keep it until we found a new house, but today was clean out day and I thought I’d have a play if I could wiggle and jiggle and create some sort of bigger cage in their area. Well it worked!
I’m so pleased for them, so much lighter and roomy for them. They have settled straight it :D

I popped outside for 2 minutes to get hay from the hay barn to get back to everyone had found the oaten hay bag!

Thanks everyone! I’ve always felt guilty that they’ve had the boring cage that I couldn’t set up nicely for them. They felt left out! Now everyone has the same living standards :D
The great thing is that I still have LOADS of spare grids which means when we do move I can make 2 massive cages. And Emily and Lottie can get a boyfriend!..or can I fit boyfriend in now.. :cool:

I suggested when our shed is finished I could get Mr pig his own wife, my husband just looked at me! 😂 I mean if we've got the space............
 
Fab set up and a good bargain too! You should have seen my garage this morning. I cleaned out the run and the hutch today. It looked lovely but behind me there was a lot of clearing up to do!
