We shared three and a half wonderful years with our old lady. She was the most beautiful, loving character, and spent the last few days wanting cuddles. I let her snuggle up with me in my fleecy dressing gown for a while the last couple of nights, offering her Reiki and letting her just be comfy. Yesterday, I held her until midnight, popped her into a snuggly hidey, but sadly could not wake her this morning.

Lulu, we will miss you so much. Your passing was a shock, but we are *so* pleased you got to leave us in your own home, in your lovely new cosy, surrounded by your piggie friends who all loved you so much. You are at peace now, with Charlie, who I know you will be catching up with and who will be showing you around Rainbow Bridge. We love you, Lottie Lulu. x

Thank you all. We took Lottie to Cambridge Pet Crematorium (CPC) today, we will collect her ashes and Keepsake Box on Wednesday - which will be 9 months to the day that we also brought Charlie's ashes home from there. It is 9 months today since we actually lost Charlie.

The CPC is the most wonderful and beautiful little place. I don't know if anyone else here has ever used them; Lottie is only the second animal we have taken to them. We wandered round the Gardens of Remembrance and it is such a peaceful place. So many active memorials, tinsel around tributes, fresh flowers laid at the place where the pets ashes have been buried. If we were permanently living in this area I would have a tribute there for the Humphreys Guineas, it's a lovely place to be able to go and remember beloved pets past. I'd recommend it to everyone.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

R.I.P sweet little Lottie-primrose.
May you watch over your family from rainbow bridge that love you so dearly and miss you so very much.
