Junior Guinea Pig
Popcorn in Peace beautiful Lola (age 7 and a half). You will be missed as much as we loved you: incredibly deeply.

Lola came to us a rescue at age 4, with her late sister Jessie, then 2. Lola had battle scars - part of her ear missing from a likely fight when she was younger, so never really got on with Jessie when it was just the 2 of them, likely mistrusting other piggies after her trauma. Bringing Rayla and Piglet, 8 months old, to join them 2 years ago was brilliant for them both! Lola relaxed more and started to enjoy Jessie's company, and became a really happy and sociable old girl. Just a few days ago she was still running about trying to 'wheek' (she lost her voice a few months ago) wanting treats whenever she knew we were close by. She loved head rubs and chin rubs and Bowen Therapy ! She was a stunning and remarkably strong girl, and we are very grateful she passed relatively quickly and peacefully, in the arms of her favourite young human.
