Low Calcium Nuggets!

Hi all
So my boars have had bladder problems, and have been on the JR farm grainless nuggets alongside the multimodal sticks, however they have gone off the JR farm nuggets and not really wanting them. So I thought I would try something else, whilst ordering the mulitimodal sticks, I ordered these (see picture) Which I thought looked good because they are grainless too! Are these ok for Guinean pigs with bladder/stone issues? As I no they need a low calcium diet etc...

They have one of the lowest levels of calcium, and actually have less than the JR Farm grain-less.
