Reduce the amount of pellets you feed somewhat; guinea pigs in Germany and Switzerland live to a very normal and healthy old age without getting pellets. There is sadly not yet a really low calcium product out. Please also remember that calcium is in the water, so if you are living in a high calcium region you may have to include that in your considerations.
Here is a food chart that you can check for their calcium content. I assume that you are dealing with bladder stones or interstitial cystitis? http://www.guinealynx.info/chart.html
Yes my guinea pig Junior had surgery 10 days ago to remove a bladder stone and the vet says he had bladder sludge so they also flushed out his bladder. The vet says ive to put him on a low calcuim diet and to maybe stop giving dry food to prevent another stone forming, so i was wondering if there were any dry food/nuggets with little or no calcuim i could give him as he loves his dry food.
Please feed your boy mostly on timothy hay; it is the lowest in calcium.

Please be aware that bladder stones can have different compositions, but the most common are calcium carbohydrate.
