Lump in ear

I have just been having cuddles with my pigs and I discovered this lump. It doesn’t seem to be causing her any pain and she seems to be eating and drinking fine. She is fairly old so slightly worried. Does anyone know what this could be?

I would have that vet checked if I were you. It could be anything from a harmless cyst to something more serious
