Lump in eye?

Hi all,

My pig developed this pink lump in his eye yesterday.

Vet gave me eye drops for next 7 days, i'm to bring him in if it doesn't improve. Has anyone seen anything similar? If so please can you tell me what happened... i'm quite worried.

First picture is yesterday afternoon, second picture is this morning. He's not squinting or anything.

I think that looks worse. If it’s no better tomorrow I would get him seen again ASAP as he may need different drops. What did the vet think was the problem?

Yes it did, though it has now gone clear again like it was before. I haven't started the drops yet, my partner is picking them up on the way home as we share a car. The vet did not give a diagnosis, just suggested we try the drops.
