Lump.in scruff of neck?

Hi, our 9m fudge i found tosay has a lump in the scruff of her neck i feel like it is running along the centre not far but its a noticeable lump, i thought id check as her scruff looked big, a bit like when they rumble strut but feels fairly hard, dont think a cyst as cant see anything but if you try to even mildly get a feel of it she get a very agitated and annoyed :/ bruces lump he has it very small and hasnt grown and is moveable but this is significantly bigger and nit really moving, little worried but have her into the vets tomorrow.. can anyone tell me what to expect? If they feel like its something rather than nothing what tends to happen? X she is sat happily all cosy at the minute lol

PS: We can't really tell you what is going to happen as it all depends on your vet's hands-on and if necessary aspirating examinations.
