Lumps always need a hands-on examination from a vet; good that you have already booked her in! They can come up rather quickly; yours is most likely a cyst and most likely benign or it is an abscess, which can also grow very quickly once they get going.

Any further steps (draining or removal op) depend on the diagnosis. We can help you with post-op and abscess care if you need it.

Thank you please may I add its on her rump near her grease gland it seems to have appeared very quickly I do weekly checks and weigh them weekly she's still eating and drinking but screams when I pick her up it's very unusual of her what's the chances of her having it drained and will they do it there and then? X
