Lump on my guinea pig side possible fatty lump

Last year Jasmine had a small lump on her side took her to the vets and they have stuck a needle in her lump too to see if they could pull out anything from the lump and nothing they give me antibiotics and loxicom.
Over the last year it have grown a lot bigger Jasmine jump have gone a lot bigger I'm ensure what it is I'm hoping everyone on her could give me advice

Have you taken her back to the vet ?
That would be the best move.
Hope the lump is just a fatty lump but the vet can advise you on options if it’s growing

Wow that's large! I'd head back to the vet for another hands on check and to get their opinion on where to go next.

Sorry for the late reply she was taking to the vets the next day they said that they wouldn't do surgery to remove the lump as she is too small they did give me two lots of antibiotics and loxicom, she did go back and forth the vets a few times and Jasmine sadly passed away in my arms last week after given up the fight
