Lump on my guinea pig's ear

Hi! Just wondering if anyone knows what is on my guinea pigs ear. I only noticed it recently but it is a small hard black lump on her right ear. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be?
 
A vet check is your best option for anything you’re worried about. Only a vet can diagnose if there’s a problem. Hope she’s ok! 🤞🏻

Our advice is always to get a vet check. It is much better to catch a possible problem early when it can be treated. It’s also better to be reassured if nothing is wrong.

Could it perhaps be dried blood?
Have you noticed any issues between this piggy and his/her cage mate, perhaps got caught on an item in the cage, for example?
Only a vet can diagnose and treat any issue though, so please have your piggy seen by a vet for any concerns
 
Is it like congealed blood? Scab?
could be a number of things, or an injury. Totally agree with @Merab's Slave , get it checked out to be on the safe side. Fingers crossed for your girl 🤞🏻
