Lump on my piggy, is it Ringworm?

We have 2 wee male guinea pigs, they are about 2 months old. They both have little hard lumps/spots in their skin. They don't look like the Ringworm in guinea pigs that I've seen pictures of. But, both my children have come out with Ringworm patches under their jaws where the piggies like to cuddle.
Can I ask what you all think? I've posted a couple of photos.

The best thing is to see a vet for diagnosis as we are only able to guess.
However, are they from a pet shop? Pet shop piggies can come with parasites and fungal infections so it is possible ringworm is what you are dealing with.

I will add our ringworm guide which will help you with disinfection guidance and treatment information but you do need to see a vet for a diagnosis.
