I was clipping my guinea pigs claws and noticed a hard lump on the side of her foot. It is not dirt, I tried to soak it off in warm water and none of her other feet are dirty and her hutch is always clean. I thought she may have got a bit of poop stuck.

I touched it and tried to ease it off and it wouldnt budge and she squirmed a bit. She is fine walking on it and doesnt limp.

Any idea what it could be?20140927_123541.webp

It looks like some hardened poos or yuck to me right now. Perhaps if you soaked the foot in some hand warm water for a bit you'd know more; best stand her in a shallow dish.

I tried with wet tissue but you know how much they fidget. Ill try again later when they have their veggies :)

One of my pigs had something very similar and it was some dried yuk firmly attached to a foot spur (which is an overgrowth that many pigs get - it's not quite hard skin, feels tougher, a bit like nail). Foot spurs can be easily clipped off, but you might want to get your vet to confirm that's what it is and how to trim it so you can do it yourself. Try soaking the yuk off first and see if there's anything underneath.
