So, ever since I got my beautiful piggy she's had a lump on her leg/hip, it was small so I thought nothing of it because I thought it was a mole, now chica (my piggy) is three+ years old and it seems to have gotten bigger and I was concerned, so I looked it up and it said it was a lump. She's going to the vet on Monday and I'm hoping for the best, do any of you have a idea on how much it costs?:help:

each vet is different in terms of costs but initially you are looking at a standard appointment. If the vet is cavy savvy they may aspirate the lump to check what it is like inside to give the options for treatment. It could be a sebaceous cyst or fatty lump from what you are saying, if it has been there for years without any cause for concern. These can be removed with an operation or sometimes it can be appropriate to leave them alone unless it starts interfering with the piggies ability to live a normal life. The vet will be able to tell you the rough costs of any suggested treatments
