Do you have any hard/sharp/rough flooring or sides to the cage? When I first got mine she had very minor ones on the bottom of her feet from the previous owner's cage. I have been using plain neosporn without any additives or scents, as recomended by my vet. I would advise seeing your own exotic vet if there is one nearby, as I don't know why they would be on the sides of her feet unless they are growths of some sort.

It could be bumblefoot. you should take her to a vet as soon as you can. bumblefoot is usually brought on by sharp flooring, wire flooring, or unsanitary conditions. hope she feels better soon!

I'm puzzled as I don't know what I'm looking for on the photos and it looks like a normal piggy foot though it is 5am on a Saturday and I've just woken up so maybe that's it. Anyhow, anything out of the ordinary then pop along to the vets for a health check and make sure there is nothing untoward going on

They look like normal piggy feet to me. If in doubt let the vet check it out.

I agree too, looks like normal feet to me from those photos!

Wow .. Well thanks you all for reply to me that promptly and I'm thinking of taking her to vet soon . And I've seen it from the day 1 when I brought her but it was minimal back then but now after 3months its getting bigger in size and its getting a bald spot on the side as you can see no hair. So thats making me worried .one thing I want to know isn't it because she's not sterilized yet?

You don't spay female guinea pigs unless absolutely necessary so it is not because she isn't sterilised. Anything worrying take her to the vet and then your mind will be put at ease. My 3 girlies haven't been spayed and I have not intention of doing so unless medically necessary.

Thanks everyone .. You guys are so helpful here .. wasn't expecting that though :)
