Beautiful happy piggies!
I was at my sister's today, we were about to attack the garden when I shouted "STOP! Pass me the scissors" casually snipped a load of very long blades of grass to take home for my boys :D Next time, I'll take the boys with me! :))

I'd love to have seen his face, he'd be like "waaaaaaaah! Run awaaaaay!" I'll bet he thought you were going to hack him to pieces and bag him up! :lol!:

Another day I was picking up some wild chicory and a man from his window told me "yes, yes, it is yummy! with some garlic and chili pepper...":))

here in Rome wild chicory is cooked into a pan, but its bitter taste isn't appreciated by everyone. My piggies are "rustic" pets and love these (row) leaves!:))

anyway, chicory has a great amount of calcium, therefore only 5-6 leaves are enough for them...

we had some rain, luckily... but in some weeks I guess I will need to drive to the countryside if I want to pick up some green grass...
