My girls are really settled into their new home now, they have lost their shyness and greet me with wheeks and lots of scurrying around. Lucy and Thelma in particular are much bolder, they even peek their nose in whichever part of the hutch I'm spot cleaning with the handheld vacuum! :))

Lucy is the boss and investigates everything first, Thelma is the cuddliest and loves affection and Treacle is the shyest and waits for the others to confirm something is safe before venturing out.

Fresh grass and clover is always guaranteed to get their attention. They also love the new pellets I bought for them last week. Here's a few shots of them enjoying some lunch today.

They are sooo cute. x)x)x)x)
Just a question, what is it that using on the bottom of the cage? (the green carpet looking thing) i have just moved to fleeces but they don't fit as nice as what you have!

Thank you for your lovely comments as always everyone. :)

Awwww...very sweet! Are your piggies indoors or out? How often do you clean them out?

They are currently outdoors in a 6x2 hutch with an attached 6x3 run extending out the front. I spot clean daily (basically just hoover up the poops, change the aubiose bedding in their litter tray and tidy up) with a full cleanout once a week where I wash the bedding and any furnishings as well. I'd just changed the bedding before taking these photos, so it looks lovely and tidy (that was only a couple of hours ago and it looks like a bomb's hit it already lol).

I'm using vetbed with a cheap waterproof mattress protector underneath. I ordered two large pieces and cut them to size, so they fit really nicely. It stays nice and dry all week and I find it easier to spot clean with my handheld vaccum than fleece. :)

awwww thelma looks just like my drusilla! super cute piggles! x

Thelma's my favourite cause she loves the cuddles lol. :))

Little Stunners x) x) Lovely to see them enjoying their noms!

Lovely mob! Looks like they have a well-trained slave too. Those noms look like they have been freshly cut from the garden!

Indeed they were, we have around a third of an acre of yummy grass for them to enjoy lol, so fresh pickings every day. If it actually stops raining someday, they can go onto the grass in their run and stuff themselves silly. :))

Nothing but rain for weeks here as well. It's either drought or flooding here, nothing in between. I am constantly having to go out in the rain myself with bowl and scissors to cut grass for the boys. The neighbours think it hilarious.

The things we do for our animals, eh? :))
