Lyle isn't eating or drinking

I'm so sorry to hear he isnt any better, poor little guy.. what has the vet given you?

What sort of infection has he got? if its upper respiratory they normally clear ok with baytril if it hasnt been a long on going problem, my duke had this and he was quite ill with it, after the baytril he perked back up. I'll keep my fingers crossed he gets better!

Who is looking after him for you whilst you are on your honeymoon, might be best giving them this website so if they need any help with anything at all they can come here and ask.. there is always someone willing to help :)

Good Luck with your wedding tomorrow, and i really hope Lyle gets better for you!
 
I'm sorry to hear that your piggie has an infection. Don't think too much about what the vet said. Piggies can respond well to treatment. Good luck with the wedding. I hope that Lyle is better soon xx
 
I'm not sure what he has been given. she gave Lyle a pain killer, an antibiotic, and this syringe thing to kate, which she has to give him. it's got a click thing on the plunger, and has to be clicked up one every time. gives some kind of pale coloured paste type stuff.

so, he may actually survive then. that would be good.

Sadly Lyle died on Saturday during the day when we were getting married, Kate is upset but ok.
