Well am not sure they quite see them as friends yet but hopefully they will in time.

After losing Phoebe and Barney over the last few weeks, Mabel and Emma were left as a twosome and it just didn't seem right. So on Sunday off they went to Hazelcroft Rescue to meet a lovely mum and daughter called Truffle and Toffee. Truffle is about 7 months old and Toffee is 4 months. They stayed with Sarah for a few days and have all come home this afternoon, things are not that settled yet as Emma has been throwing her weight around but it is getting more promising by the day.

Thank you Sarah for all of your help over the last few days and for letting us adopt them.

Hope the new girlies settle in well, it all takes some time for the dust to settle but really hoping they'll be friends real soon :)

Lovely news! It takes around two weeks for a new group hierarchy to settle down in my experience. Mum and daughter are beautiful; I am lookign forward to pictures!
 
They are beautiful, fingers crossed things settle down soon, but all sounds good so far to me :D Always so exciting having new additions. :) x
 
Great news! they have found the most amazing home and new life with you both. Cannot wait to hear all about them over the forthcoming months as they get their little paws under the table :)
 
Nope Mabel is but Emma is feeling threatened in her second in command position. Not been as bad tonight though Truffle is now putting Toffee in her place. Mabel is doing her own thing. All seem happy though. Toffee has been doing zoomies and Truffle made friends with Star through the grids.
 
Ok, they are the wrong way round, Toffee is first.
 
Finally managed to get photos of them all together and then forgot to post them. All is going ok though the little ones are starting to push their luck so there has been a bit of chattering from Mabel. They have found their voices too and worked out what the sound of the kitchen door means.

That's great! I'm pleased there is progress. Do you spend more time watching the piggies than your TV? I can see they are in your living room in pride of place :)
 
Yes definitely. It's hard not to get distracted by them.
