very sad day. Maisie didn’t rush out for her breakfast today so I was concerned as not usual for her. Last few days she’d been on Baytril and Loxicom because of recurring health problem. Back in checking her but when putting her back in her bed she collapsed onto her side. Straight to Vickie the Vet and she diagnosed a stroke on top of everything else.
So, obviously Darling Maisie was euthanised and I had to bring my little friend home again.
I’d only had her 6 months after adopting her aged 7 from P&H. At the time I only expected her to be with me for a few weeks so her time with me was a bonus.
She was a tiny, frail but feisty little one who would do anything to get outside for a while each to nibble on the grass. Will miss her so very much. X
