Still waiting to see vet. Just drooling like crazy and sicking it up. Very lethargic also. Hate being kept waiting when he is so ill.

The vet have him some fluids to rehydrate him and an anti sickness injection. She wanted to keep him in but the total cost was going to be £300 odd which I can't afford so he is home. Gotta hope he holds on so i can get him in to c&r tomorrow.
The emergency bet thinks he might be having a reaction to the metacam so will keep him of that for now although he had been on it for months with no problem. The ZITHROVAX (Sp? ) antibiotic is fairly new to him so could it be that?

Aww poor little man- hopefully Debbie can help until u get Rodney to the cat n rabbit clinic.
Sounds like teeth could be an issue.

Healing vibes by the bucketfull being sent for a speedy recovery from the girls & I. Xx

It sounds like he isn't able, for whatever reason, to swallow his saliva, which is why he is drooling so badly. You have done the right thing in getting him fluids as I have had piggies become very dehydrated when they are drooling so badly. Is he able to take any syringe food if you give him little and often? I have had piggies with this problem and they have come through it, but you do need to get him seen by Simon tomorrow as early as possible. They are very busy at Cat and Rabbit Clinic at the moment, so please be very insistent that he is seen.
