Making a Vacation Home

Hello all. I've been working in my home office during Coronavirus. My piggies live a couple of rooms away, but I'd like to have one or both with me in the office for an hour or so a day – to help me with my work . Putting them on a fleece on my desk has has turned out impractical (RIP my expensive microphone cable), so I'm thinking of making them a vacation home by cutting the top off of a shallow small-ish box and putting some bedding in there. I'd love to hear how you all would approach this. Thanks!

I think putting them in a box for an hour is not enough space. And I wouldn’t have just the one in there with you. Can you not set up their play pen in your office? Or if you have a couch perhaps you could put them on it next to you and sit next to them? Otherwise I’d leave them in their cage and just go sit with them for an hour during the day.

could they have some floor time in your office room either free roaming or in a play pen

Mine live in the next room to the study so it makes me get up when I have to go and check on them, talk to them, feed them etc
