Making Gnawing Sound.. Is She Ok??

Hi just got my 2 out for floor time. Wasn't sure if she was doing it before but the very timid one has made an odd noise the whole time... all I can describe it like is her gnawing at wood ... sounds just like her on her carrot house. She was popcorning and eating but still making this noise. I havnt a clue. Don't think it was chattering cos I was no where near and the other is the dominant one
 
Sorry, without a recording it is very difficult to say. Perhaps a small obstruction of the airways that was only noticeable when she was very active? Guinea pigs can't breathe through their mouths, so you hear if anything is in the least amiss with with free airways very quickly and audibly.
