Making items for guinea pigs

I wanted to make some bits out of cardboard like a ramp, tube etc. However I don't want to use sellotape as the guinea pigs will eat it and I assume glue isn't good for them either. Is there anything I could use instead? Any advice would be great!

You could use long hay strands or try this
