Making Wood Chews

I would love to make my guineas some wood chews. Does anyone have any info on how to do this? Such as what wood is the best to use and where to get guinea safe paints? Or even ow to make your own paints?

Apple, pear and willow wood is best for guinea pigs. If you can get hold of some twigs or branches, you don't need paint. Just give them a wash and put them in.
