Little Brambles has a new sponsor piggy here at the rescue.

He's such a sweetheart. He's a silver agouti Rex type, age unknown.

His story is at www.lbgpr.co.uk

He has settled in beautifully and is very much at home here x)x)x)

He has the kind of face that makes me go all gooey inside - if you know what I mean LOL He has a very unique face !

Anyway, thought I would introduce him here.

Poor little love.
If his previous owners had taken more care of him they would of known about his needs.
Thank god you took him in, at least he is getting the love and care he needs and its indoors, better for his eyes

x

Awwww I just read all about him 8... He is a little sweetheart. You are very lucky to have him as your sponsor he is absolutely cute and sweet and adorable and I'm so glad he has some piggy friends, it's so nice to see rescue piggies popcorn it must make you feel very proud knowing how happy he is with you :) I know that feeling - our house bunny Teddy who we got from the R.S.P.C.A has just totally transformed from an absolute nervous wreck to the most loving gentle bunny always binkying and coming for cuddles - it's sheer pleasure making these furries feel safe and happy :)

Poor dear 8... I'm so glad he has ended up with such a good place to stay, it's awful that people wouldn't take the time to recognise his condition and give him the good life he deserves.
Such a sweet piggy x>>

Sad story but I'm sure he'll be happy from now on.
He looks terrific and his little face just says l'ove me please...'

Please keep us updated...

He has got a lovely face...I love that colouring too. So glad he's now in a better place.

He's a little sweetheart Louise :) How lucky he was to find his way to you.

Silver Agouti too - one of my favourites!

He's such a lovely special boy and very lucky to have found you! Hopefully his gorgeous little face will bring in lots of pennies for the piggie pot!

Thanks everyone for your kind comments.

Malcolm has had a very busy day trying out all the usual Sunday treats. Readigrass, Timothy Hay and Auntie Louise's Special Brew!

He doesn't usually wander far from the food bowl. He was popcorning like mad when I filled his house with fresh hay, bless him. His head tilt causes him to do sideways popcorns too rolleyes

The idea of the sponsor piggy is of course to raise funds for the rescue but we don't rely on donations for essentials but we do like to spend them on all those little luxuries a pig likes to have. It also reminds people that even in a rescue every pig is an individual and very important. No different to those already in a family really.

He is very handsome. He'll be grateful to be in such a great home now.
