I have two male guinea pigs. They are about 3 to 4 months old. The one has been rumblestrutting and sniffing the other ones backside. He seems to be trying to take it a bit farther these days. I apologize for this post, but I have never had guinea pigs before. Today the victim piggies face was wet?! Also, his backside was wet. Just wondering if this is normal? Do I separate them? Do they spray each other? Again, sorry for the content of this post. I don't believe he is I'll. He is acting perfectly fine.

Hi! Your two boys are coming up to the teenage months when the testicles start descending and the big hormones hit.

The behaviour is very normal and still very much on the mild side. Mutual mounting from all directions, spary peeing with testosterone laden urine, leaving boar glue (dried semen) etc. is a clear sign that testosterone is kicking in now.
