Male Pig With A Wort/skin Tag

IV just been to visit a friend of mine and while having a cuddle with one of there piggies I noticed what looks like a wort or skin tag it's behind his penis and just before his button IV told them to take him to the vets to have it looked at,
But would like to greater increase my knowledge on this as IV not seen one before and I'm only assuming that they would do what they do with humans is to freeze it or tie it to remove
If anyone knows more about what they would do or if IV completely guessed wrong on what it is I'd be very great full to learn

Oh I should have said he did not seam to be in any pain or discomfort when I was touching /examining it
