Male To Female Ratio

I was just looking at the stats page and the male to female ratio of members is 1:12.3

That means I'm one of only 60 male forum members.

Anyway, this got me wondering as to the ratio of male to female guinea pigs we all have.

Julie (Boureki) and I have three boars. How about everyone else?

PS I'm an accountant so am interested in boring statistical ratios etc.
 
I'm male, but unfortunately lacking the biological bits. :laugh:

Aaand I have two boars, but will soon also have two sows as well - nice and even. C:
 
Well I'm a "lady" (ha ha!), but can only have male furries as my brother is SOOOO allergic to female animals! Its bizarre! I do love little man piggies though! And our bunnies are so funny!
Got a male hamster too - he's very laid back.

hang on - did you say there were 60 male forum members? I only know of yourself and Squeeky Pig...
 
Well the ratio says 1:12.3, and there are 740 members so that makes about 60 of them male (told you I was an accountant). Maybe the other 58 are shy! ;)

What's happened to Squeeky Pig btw, I'd have thought he'd have reached his 1000 posts by now?

the only way to see more men into guineapigs is maybe in shows at our local show theres loads of older men showing their pigs,
I'm female last time i looked and have about 16 boys and 15 girls now

My OH loves the piggies, when i was in hosp he couldn't wait to tell me that they were all waiting for him, noses at the mesh, waiting for their veg. He was so excited when he said "They knew it was me, they were all waiting for me." - bless him ;D ;D

There probably are, but I bet a lot of them won't admit to it... as me for, I'm a sucker for a furry face ;D

I think I need to get some female creatures around here, with our 3 boars and our new boar set to arrive in a couple of weeks, I'm definately feeling a little outnumbered!

Yep, same! We have a male kitten, two male pigs and male hamster, also dad and brother..to me and my mum :P
 
Wel,l I am a female and I have 8 boars and 12 females. :smitten:
 
I'm female and have four boars.

My OH loves the Boys just as much as I do, but he would never post on a discussion board about them.
I also belong to a couple of other Forums on completely different subjects from pigs, so I guess although we both love pigs, I also like online chatting and he doesn't. ;)
 
I'm female and we have 2 females, but strictly speaking they are my 4 year old sons I suppose. :-\

Who am I kidding, they're mine really, I just let him 'think' they're his!! ;D :D

The boars are winning 89 to 66 ... not that I've been counting :)
