How many of you are on this forum? Just interested, as up until now, everyone I've known with guineas, have just not been serious about their furries.. to find people who are as passionate as me... WOW!
 
I am about 20 mins from Manchester, and have 10 guinea pigs.
Wispa and Twix 2 abbys choc and white
Rolfy and Harris 2 short hairs Agouti Tri and Gold/White
Stephen and Smudgie Crested Tri and Himi
Angus MacTaggart and Michael Dundee Skinny and Skinny Carrier
Jeremy and Sally Black crested and PEW almost Himi but not quite!

Does anybody arrange any Manchester meets? Just curious, as it would be nice to find out other people's opinions on piggie ownership :)

I'm in Rochdale, so not too far from Manchester!

We have 3 family pigs, Edward, Elena and Esme! Also 2 bunnies, Harvey and Herbie!

Also in residence are 6 RSPCA foster guniea pig babies!
 
Sarah I had no idea you were so local to me! I run Small Paws Rescue and I am in Stretford too. I have rehomed to a few who have replied too lol.

If you're ever on the look out for more piggies then do get in touch lol

hehe, I would have to smuggle them in! :x

We will surely consider you in future though, I have even mentioned your rescue to a few friends however good old pets at home seemed to still get their custom rolleyes

guess you can only try to guide people in the right direction!

I'm in Sale (Ashton on Mersey really)

I've got 4 lovely boars Ronnie, Teddy, Ole and Sparky.

I'd certainly be interested if a 'manchester meet up' was arranged:p
 
I'm just up in Bolton but grew up in Salford (Walkden/Little Hulton to be exact ;) )

We have four piggies - Boris our neutered boy and his ladies; Pippa, Willow and Pixel
 
I have lived in Trafford my whole life so I know round here pretty well, I love it.

I wish more people would adopt round here Sarah, we live too close to a P@H I think, our turn around is so slow at the moment, so few people wanting to adopt:0 they are spending ages here and it's so sad, even the babies.

It's nice to know there are so many of us in Manchester xx
 
I'm from manchester and i have 12 guinea pigs soon to be a few more additions i have 5 girls chloe(who is due any day now) lilly,zoe,lola and nala and 7 boys gizmo,hugh(after hugh hefner try and guess why) max,simba,milo,george and bailey think ive named all of them now did have 13 but sadly lost my baby boy alfie on friday he was poorley from birth rescued him from a pet shop xx
 
I live about 6 miles out of manchester.. 15 mins on the Train :) live in the country these days as a country bunkin :))
