We picked up our girls just over a week ago from nutmeg(jane).

The regulars on here would probably remember Rebecca under the name of cueball but Luke preferred her new name and we think it suits her better.

For the first few days all we got were quick glances of them as they shot out and back into their shelter to eat but they're slowly getting braver.Rebecca is very attached to her mummy and weeks loudly everytime Maria comes out of the cage. Amazingly both girls are mostly using a corner litter tray despite us reading that piggies are harder to toilet train than bunnies so at least their cage is keeping cleaner.

Whenever fresh veggies are introduced to the cage there's a mad flurry of excitement , they don't seem too keen on the stalky parts of the cabbage leaves but everything else is eaten as if it was the 1st time they'd ever eaten.we keep catching them standing on top of their shelter looking at Jake our parrot trying to work out what he is , and he seems to be as interested in them.

not much else to add apart from a huge thank you to Jane and Sokel for allowing us to adopt these 2 beautiful girls , we're really attached to them already.

AWWWW - I remember Maria and little Cueball - but now that she's grown, Rebecca is a good permanent name.

They make a really great pair! No wonder that you are in love with them!

What beautiful girlies with such shiny coats. Look foward to hearing more about your little princesses..

Hi, congrats on your new Piggys! Maria is gorgeous, she gives a lovely cuddle too! (I fostered her while she was pregnant) Little Rebecca was last out when she gave birth and was so tiny but look at her now!

They look very comfortable in the pics! I'm sure they'll give you as much love as you give to them.
Thank you for giving them a good home :):)

They are very sweet. It's lovely to read your update as we have Honey, one of Maria's other babies x

I'm a sucker for happy endings :0 :0 Thank you for giving these gorgeous girls and home, and Honey too. x

Beautiful guineas, it is lovely to hear how well they are settling in. :)
