I've just noticed a mark on my male piggies bottom. It looks sort of like a blood blister or burst blood vessel? My other male does like to hump this one... He may also have bitten this ones bottom at one point.. Can someone help me as to what this is as i cannot find anything online similiar.

That's not something I have come across before. See if anyone else has any advice but I think it will need a vet visit especially if is possibly from a bite.

The area around the mark looks swollen compared to the opposite side...which suggests the mark is an indication of some type of trauma.
A vets visit is needed to rule out infection (may need anitbiotics for this)

Just to be clear, the skin is not broken, it is just red under the skin, i fear though that my other guinea pig, teddy may have nipped him as when he tries to hump this one (caramel) and caramel runs away teddy has been known to nip, never drawn blood though.

Oh and it is not sore to the touch, in fact he doesn't seem bothered about it at all.

Poss a hemeragic cyst , best get a vet to have a look, if it is a hemeragic , then depending on its location and how advanced it is, he may drain, or remove it,
Whatever you do it is important you keep the aria as clean as possible as blood cysts, or any type of cyst for that matter can become infected ,
