Knocknamuck
Junior Guinea Pig
Sorry, more questions in my saga of Cuthbert's bald patch
Well Cuthbert and Grubb got their baths (2 nights after the Xeno 450 treatment, as instructed) last night and were perfectly behaved but not overly chuffed.
Unfortunately, they are both long haired and the combination of CocoNeem Melt and Manuka & Neem shampoo has left them with a really greasy sheen to their coats.
Has anyone had the same thing with their pigs? Seems like I didn't rinse it off well enough, although I rinsed them both in lots of clean water. Maybe it wasn't hot enough?
Question is - what do I do now? Shall I rebath them tonight (with very mild baby shampoo perhaps)? 2 baths in 2 nights is alot to go through and I'm worried that it might irritate thier skin? But if I leave them be, could this cause problems?
I would ask Gorgeous Guineas for advice but they are away on hols, so if anyone can help me on this I would be really grateful!
