I feel the same at times Hannah with my poor pets and these eye issues we seem to get so much at my house! Jess and Pedro both losing eyes (to different issues), Sheepy and Luigi with cataracts, and then Luigi having his other eye issue on top of his cataracts now poor boy. (Even Daisy the cat had issues years ago with a huge grass seed stuck in her eye which caused damage 
)
I don’t think we’re doing anything wrong, these little ones just get these issues and we’ve just been very unlucky having lots of them really I think! You’re an amazing owner and all your animals are lucky to have you. Sending massive hugs xx
