If you are eating this will put you off your appetite... Sorry  but this seems strange. My piggie has been 'pooing' more than usual. It came to notice when I was eating with my family, and the dining room stank a lot! Mash is put in the dining / living room as he is currently a lone pig and we want to give him loads of attention :btt: Anyways, we sat down to eat and saw that his cage was really dirty so we cleaned it out(even though we usually only do it on Wednesday and Saturday). It seemed fine for a while, but when I went in to give him his evening veggies, he had pooped quite a lot! I don't know if this is normal or something, but it certainly concerns me!

Are you giving him more veggies or pellets. If hes a growing pig he might just have a bigger appetite .

Take him off fresh food (veg) for a day and see whether his guts stabilise. He is likely somewhat gassy.
See a vet promptly if he is showing signs of acute bloat in the hours or day. Bloat, GI Stasis ( No Gut Movement) And Not Eating

No I am not giving more food than usual. Last month he did stop eating (Anorexia) but the vet helped me with syringe feeding and he got better. I am not sure if that would relate to this though? He's three going on four so he isn't old but he isn't supposed to be growing much at this age, right?

It can be related because your vet has not addressed any underlying problem.
