Max is off to his forever home

I have just dropped Max off in Seaham so he can start his travel down to his forever home in Cannock. He's the first pig I've rescued and rehomed and I have to admit its been tough parting with him and I did cry on the journey back home as I had grown really attached to him. But I never intended on keeping him as I just don't have the space and I know he is going to be soo well looked after with Steph and has a wife waiting for him at his new home. So part of me is sad that I'm not going to see his little face every morning, or get my cuddles, but I'm so happy that he's going to such a wonderful home

I know how it feels being a foster Mummy myself.

Steph looks like she has a wonderful setup and Max will be in his element with his new wifette Bea. It looks like he's going to have a very pampered life.

Steph adopted Bea(Max's future wife) from me, and I can assure you he will have a fantastic new home. It's hard to see them go but at least you know have space to rescue another piggy in need.

Thanks hun, I always new it would be hard as I'm basically a huge softie and get too attached! I don't doubt for a minute that he's going to be well looked after though, and I am so pleased I gave him a second chance and that he's done so well. I don't have any regrets and would gladly do it again if it meant getting a piggie out of a bad situation.

Stephs text me to let me know that he got there ok and seems to be settling in well so thats a relief! I think she's going to attempt the bonding tomorrow so everyone keep your fingers crossed it goes well!
