Where's the best place online to buy meadow hay? Every place i go to locally isn't quite up to standard, just bought some which is quite dusty although it is green unlike pets@home hay! I would buy a bale locally cos i know it would be fresher but i've got no where to store it so i thought i'd try online.Any ideas? :)

Dust Free Hay are a great site, they sell 'basic' meadow hay grown especially to be sold online. These are the best suppliers of Meadow Hay without a shadow of a doubt in my opinion. They also sell gorgeous timothy hay :)

i have had hay from them too, its nice hay but i wouldnt use it as bedding i just buy the cheaper fluffy stuff for bedding, that hay seemed too stalky and sharp for them to sleep in.

No i won't use it as bedding although when i ordered today i went for the soft hay and now just read the stalkier hay is better feed quality so i wish i'd ordered that one! :)

I use hay from dust free as well and I agree 100% with Karen, it is the best by far I have used and I have tried loads! I get the stalkier one and get the 10 bags for £40. I was thinking next time I might email Norman and ask if I can have 5 of each, stalkier and finer, although they seem fine with the stalkier as bedding as well as eating. My wheezing and sneezing has disappeared since using it too O0

I'll try the stalkier one next time and see which one they prefer!

Can't wait till it arrives! is that sad or what?! ;D

nope lol I'm excited over a cage i bought yesterday for meeka :D prob wont come unti lnext week though now :(

It's just arrived! I only ordered it yesterday!
