She's 16 weeks old, and nobody wanted her, so after 7 weeks of coming into my local P@H, I decided she had to be mine:(|)

AWWW - welcome Humbug!

What a pity (or good luck?) that nobody fell in love that sweet little girl!

I just can't understand why she was still there, I first saw her on the 7th Nov.. She was like a magnet.. everytime I went in, I had to go and see her.. I watched her friends come and go, but she was still there, so I though what the heck! And she came to join my girls on Sunday..
She's made friends with Treacle, Liquorice gives her a hard time, but each day she gets better with her, BonBon just sulksgrrrr
Yesterday, was the first real interaction she's had with them, Treacle, who at first avoided her, decided to be friends, and it was lovely to see them popcorning together (Treacle's 3, and doesn't do much of that there days)..
By the end of the evening, Liquorice was joining in, BonBon is just starting to waver, so I think she's winning them overx>>

She's fabulous! - No wonder you couldn't stop looking at her! I also think that Humbug is a brilliant name :)

She's been to see the vet today, she was terrified:( I realized just how much trust she has in me already, as she behaved like a wild piggie at the vets, compared to the odd squeal with me..
We had to wrap her in a towel so the vet could see her mouth..
At home, from day one, if I put a towel on the settee seat and put her on it, she'll crawl onto my chest and get comfy:<>
It's amazing just how much she's changed in 3 days, as even when the assistant at P@H picked her up, she was exactly the same as at the vets.. terrified..
Watching her interact, for the first 2 days she sat well away from the other guineas, but as of yesterday, she has started following them, and popcorning:(|)

Well done for taking her home, she is beautifulx) - what is wrong with folk? There loss is very much your gorgeous gain.:)

Hehe, awwws. She's so cute:) :D

need to get Genga a cage mate, not sure whether to go to P@H adoption or a rescue? xoxo

I love watching them change from being scared to beginning to trust, then to being putty in your hands^) I usually win them over within a day or two, and my other piggies help, by showing there's nothing to fear:))

The most weird things is, Liquorice has a deformed claw (front paw), as in it bends over to one side (from a baby, so not due to overgrowth) and the wrong way, so has to be cut very short to stop it being a problem... Humbug has the same problem, on the same toe, and the claw bends the same way.. I think they're related (possibly siblings?), I know there's at least 18months between them, but that doesn't stop them being at least half sisters (came from the same shop)?
It's been strange all along, as there's just something about her, I can't put quite my finger on8;)
